Print diagrams as placement maps; use the stated millimetres, not paper scale. Blocks start at the left shelf edge with no gaps. Install exact facings from the CSV. Confirm supplied physical limits before a reset.
- Positive integer millimetres and grams; one upright, single-depth contiguous block per SKU, with the exact supplied facings.
- Each shelf follows brand_order, then Unicode SKU-ID order. Same-brand blocks are adjacent on that shelf; no cross-shelf brand clustering objective is promised.
- The first objective counts any changed supplied previous SKU location: a shelf change or a horizontal-position change. New placements are reported separately.
- The second objective minimizes unused width of occupied shelves, not total fixture whitespace, which is fixed by the required assortment.
- MILP solver bounds are numerical reports. Independent export verification proves source reconciliation and feasibility, not a mathematical global-optimality certificate.
- Previous rows describe historical locations, not a claim that the old arrangement satisfies the current dimensions, capacities or allowed-shelf rules.
- Supplied dimensions, stock, weight limits and merchandising intent are not independently measured. No sales uplift, load safety, stability, accessibility or physical-fit guarantee.
