Programmatic Page Portfolio Audit
A deterministic count of what a programmatic page portfolio has before any cut decision—not after.
Observed 2026-08-09: the advisory evaluated 713 pages across 37 enabled families. It returned 0 cut candidates and made 0 automatic cuts. An unknown input means keep; this system never changes a route, sitemap, redirect, or page.
Grandfathering receipt. 3 families containing 541 pages were already over 100 pages. They receive no cap-based cut recommendations. The 10–100 page range applies only going forward.
Why the audit exists
A cut made on partial evidence is a bet. Programmatic portfolios accumulate pages faster than teams track page-level outcomes, and a wrong prune can remove a URL that is earning impressions or supporting an open buying path. This audit separates what the source records show from what they cannot show. It treats every unknown as a reason to hold the page, not permission to guess.
The three-part cut rule
A page becomes a candidate only when all three conditions are measured and true. First, it is stale: zero status transitions and zero measured churn. Second, an exact page pair fails the L2 near-duplicate threshold of 0.70; the separate 0.55 family-median bar reports templating across a family but does not identify a page by itself. Third, the page has zero demand signal during 2026-05-11 through 2026-08-08: no mapped CTA click and no Search Console impression. A click or impression pins the page. Missing data on any leg also pins it.
For this observation, the L2 source named 42 exact URLs in near-duplicate pairs, and 401 pages had at least one mapped click or impression guard signal. Those signals are not proof of a person or buyer; bots may be included. Status transitions and measured churn are unknown because no family-specific adapter exists yet, so no page satisfies the full rule.

Source receipt and limits
Source observation date: 2026-08-09. The route-derived family census supplied page membership; the latest L2 page-quality log supplied exact pair findings; the read-only attribution database supplied CTA events; and the Search Console page report supplied impressions. The CTA source is partial: 330 click rows could not be assigned to an exact originating page. They are not converted to zeros. Status and churn stay unknown until a deterministic adapter can count them from the owning family.
