This archive exposes 11 change-bearing dated pages from 35 seal-verified source artifacts. It tracks 57 publicly announced sites through two independent signals instead of treating an announcement as proof.

Satellite imagery answers whether clearing or grading is visible. Public air-permit and FAA airspace records answer whether regulatory trace is visible. Neither signal proves capacity, completion, financing, or intent. Together they give a diligence team a reproducible queue of sites worth checking, with each dated claim bound to the source artifact that produced it. The latest seal-verified source observations are dated 2026-08-05 for regulatory trace and 2026-08-03 for satellite activity.

Datacenter Materialization Watch — $349 per month

A datacenter site-selection, infrastructure sourcing, or diligence team pays $349 per month for a monthly materialization watch covering the 57-site public universe. The fixed deliverable is one PDF decision brief plus one CSV evidence register: sites with new earthworks, sites whose public regulatory trace changed, the underlying source links, coverage gaps, and every content seal used. It is delivered within five business days after month-end. Cancel before the next monthly issue; no annual contract is required.

How the evidence is kept honest

The satellite series uses Copernicus Sentinel-2 L2A observations discovered through Element 84 Earth Search. A site is marked active only when its exposed-bare-soil signal rises beyond the frozen momentum threshold; static desert terrain does not qualify by level alone. The regulatory series joins public TCEQ pending-air-permit records and non-terminal FAA obstruction cases to the announced-site universe. A high phantom score means little trace was observed inside those bounded sources. It does not mean a project is fake, cancelled, delayed, or unfinanceable.

Every stored artifact is re-hashed before it enters this sitemap. The daily regulatory source has more seals than useful search pages, so dates with no site-score change are deliberately withheld. That is how the family avoids turning ingestion churn into near-identical pages. Missing, malformed, or seal-invalid source data returns 503 and an UNKNOWN page count; it never becomes zero coverage.
