SEC 8-K auditor and officer change watch
Entity-level filing evidence captured through 2026-08-08; no exhibit text or person names are republished.
Our 45 successful SEC snapshots captured 49 distinct Item 4.01 accessions and 521 distinct Item 5.02 accessions. A business-development partner at a PCAOB-registered regional audit firm pays $499 per month for a Monday CSV and dated web ledger of the prior week’s Item 4.01 and 5.02 filings, filtered by business state and SIC, posted by 9 a.m. Arizona time; cancel before the next Monday compilation.
Coverage limit. This is not complete EDGAR coverage. We hold 45 successful daily full-text-search receipts from 2026-06-23 through 2026-08-08. Each receipt is one capped recent-results page; the largest captured snapshot contains 138 distinct accessions. Counts describe only filings captured by those snapshots. The SEC archive remains authoritative; this page sells segmentation and cadence, not a scarce or un-backfillable copy of EDGAR.
Inspect the evidence before requesting the watch
The two public ledgers expose company-level filing facts only. Each row carries the filing entity, filed date, business-state and SIC tags supplied by the SEC, and a corrected link to the primary EDGAR document. We do not lift officer, director, or auditor names out of exhibits.
- Item 4.01 — certifying-accountant changes
- Item 5.02 — director and officer changes
- Method, link repair, privacy boundary, and limits
Monday Auditor & Officer Change Watch
$499/month
For one audit-firm business-development team, the recurring deliverable is one Monday CSV plus a dated web ledger containing the prior captured week’s Item 4.01 and 5.02 filings. Choose the business states and SICs you cover. Every row includes the entity, item code, filed date, accession, and corrected primary-document link.
- Posted by 9 a.m. Arizona time each Monday.
- Entity-level only: no extracted officer, director, or auditor names.
- The coverage receipt travels with the report, including the capped-snapshot limitation.
- Cancel before the next Monday compilation.
Why the link repair is part of the product
The historical sealed URL omits EDGAR’s required CIK directory. The public reader reconstructed 3,288 document links from the SEC CIK, dashless accession, and primary-document name. It never renders the broken stored column. A malformed component is dropped instead of becoming a link.
