Change lists this archive can produce today: 3. A change list needs two dated copies to compare, so the number of copies we hold sets a ceiling on it. This is what you would be able to ask for right now, not what the archive will hold later.

Counted out of the compiled specimen as this page was built. There is no per-permit row here because the specimen holds none: the product is the list of permit numbers that appeared and disappeared, not a roster of permit holders.
The permittee panel we hold, counted, and an honest statement of how many change lists it can produce today: 3. This product compares each Tuesday's list against the prior seal, and the archive holds 4.

Limits: TTB itself last modified the source file on 2026-08-24, 1 days ago, so a weekly list can only be as fresh as the agency's own publication and a quiet week may be TTB's quiet week rather than the industry's. Owner name, street address, and ZIP are in the public file and are deliberately not in the deliverable. A permit disappearing from the list is a fact about the list; we do not assert why.
The newest TTB permittee file is fetched each Tuesday, sealed whole with its content hash, and compared to the prior seal by permit number. The diff is the product. A week we did not fetch is named as a gap and never spanned by comparing across it. This is bounded evidence of the dated method stated here; it does not establish affiliation, endorsement, authorization, or any current outcome beyond that scope.
