Limits: TTB itself last modified the source file on 2026-08-31, 1 days ago, so a weekly list can only be as fresh as the agency's own publication and a quiet week may be TTB's quiet week rather than the industry's. Owner name, street address, and ZIP are in the public file and are deliberately not in the deliverable. A permit disappearing from the list is a fact about the list; we do not assert why.

The newest TTB permittee file is fetched each Tuesday, sealed whole with its content hash, and compared to the prior seal by permit number. The diff is the product. A week we did not fetch is named as a gap and never spanned by comparing across it. This is bounded evidence of the dated method stated here; it does not establish affiliation, endorsement, authorization, or any current outcome beyond that scope.
