Newest sealed read: 2026-08-29. We hold a sealed copy for 12 of the last 14 days, and the 2 we do not hold are named further down this page. We hold 73 sealed runs going back to 2026-06-11.

What this page is94,374 rows held ยท newest sealed read 2026-08-29

  • 94,374 dated rows in total, across 73 sealed runs from 11 Jun 2026 to 29 Aug 2026.
  • All 6 sources answered without an error on the newest run.
  • We sealed a copy on 68 of the 80 days in this window. A day we did not read is a day we cannot sell you, so the days we missed are named below rather than averaged away.
  • For Columbus and Los Angeles County, the meeting list and the item list are not the same file. In the Bodies column the first number is the bodies on the meeting list and the second is the bodies the items belong to. Most of those items never reach the calendar we hold. Each of those pages names which file it is holding and counts both.

Real rows out of our sealed copies

These are rows we read out of dated copies we keep ourselves. The live source shows today only, so once a row moves, what it said before is gone from the place you would go to look.

What this page cannot tell you

  • These six governments are the whole feed. We do not hold any other city or county, and we will say so rather than guess.
  • We can only show you a change that happened between two of our reads.
  • We ask each government for the meetings dated in the last two weeks and ahead, and for the items it edited in the last week. That window is what we hold, not a whole docket. A row leaving one of these lists means it left this file: it does not mean the meeting was cancelled, the item was killed, or that anyone named on it went away.
  • We missed 12 days: 19 Jun 2026, 4 Jul 2026, 8 Jul 2026, 15 Jul 2026 and 8 Aug 2026, plus a 7-day stretch from 11 Aug 2026 to 17 Aug 2026. Anything that moved and moved back inside one of those gaps is not in this feed, and we will not claim it is.
  • On 2 reads a government was missing from the run: Austin and Seattle on 13 Jun 2026 and Chicago on 24 Jun 2026. Those days are in the data with that government missing, and we say so rather than let the gap sit there quietly.

See the file we hold

You do not have to take our word for what is in the file. Here are 25 rows of the real thing, carrying all 9 of its columns, cut out of the dated copies we sealed ourselves. Nothing in it is made up and nothing in it is tidied up.

  • Open the 25 rows as a CSVA plain spreadsheet file. It saves to your machine rather than painting itself into a browser tab, and it opens in Excel, Numbers or Google Sheets.
  • The same 25 rows as JSONThe same rows again, laid out for reading with code.

Nothing on this page is for sale. The sample file is free to read, and so is every row on the page above it.

These 25 rows are a slice of the file, not the whole of it. What we cannot show you here is how far back it goes: the file goes back further than these rows do.
