What this is not
It is not the TTB “who appeared / who vanished” table. That is a different shop. This pack is a permission-tagged copy of the current list, not that table. TTB already sells a different product (a $99/month change table).
It is not a scrape of the open web. It is not a file of people to contact. No person columns anywhere.
USGS already gives this feed away, including older versions, for free. A stranger who only wants quakes will not pay $499. The pack is sold as the permission trail, not as earthquake data.
Most other stores we hold cannot go in this pack. Their written terms are unknown or they refuse a paid file. Three cities and counties are out because their written terms bar commercial use or demand share-alike. Three more are unknown and were not sampled. The pack names only the sources it contains.
Cincinnati remains a two-word licence label. If the bar is “a sentence on a terms page”, Cincinnati would be UNKNOWN; it was already cleared knowing it is the thinnest of the six.
City notes were not in the clock universe files. The written record used is the 2026-08-25 paid-ok list. That gap is real.
