Licences that became active 6 Sep 2026 to 15 Sep 202657 licences

The Texas Department of Motor Vehicles publishes a live licensee list and overwrites it. We hold two sealed copies of the TxDMV licensee spreadsheet: 6 Sep 2026 and 15 Sep 2026. A licence number on the later copy and not the earlier one is added. A licence number on the earlier copy and not the later one is lapsed. These 57 licence numbers are the additions in this file. The first 12 are printed here without a business name. The sample file below carries 25 change rows the same way. The paid file adds the business name where the copy holds one.

Expired on the 15 Sep 2026 copy, with a licence-expiry date in this window, or missing from the later copy once we hold two copies. That is all we watched happen. Whether the dealer closed, failed to renew, or the state rebuilt its file, we did not see and will not imply.
