What this is
These are public enforcement boards. Each one lists the newest formal US EPA enforcement actions on record for one state, and one national board lists the 100 largest federal penalties in the last 90 days. Every row is reproduced from EPA exactly as published — the company or facility name, the most recent case date, the statute, the federal penalty, the outcome, and a link to EPA's own case report. There are no adjectives and no summary beyond the record.
Records are reproduced from EPA as published, may lag the source, and say nothing about guilt or current compliance. US Tech Automations is not EPA.
The Get help slot, and what it costs$350 for 12 months
Reading the boards is free. What we sell is one Featured “Get help” slot on a state’s board, for a compliance consultant or attorney who helps facilities respond to enforcement. $350 for 12 months. One firm per state, first paid first shown. When a state is already taken, a second buyer is told the slot is taken and refunded, no questions, by replying to their Stripe receipt.
- Your firm in the Get help boxYour business name and website sit in the “Get help in <state>” box on that state’s board for twelve months.
- One per state per agencyWe do not sell the same state twice. A taken state shows the firm that holds it, not a price.
- Refund on request within 14 daysChanged your mind, or the state was already taken? Reply to your Stripe receipt and we refund it.
What we withhold, and what EPA does not give us
- A facility named after a person is withheldWhere the name on a record reads as a person trading under their own name (a sole proprietor, “John Smith Farms”), we do not put it on a page. Each board says how many rows it held back and why.
- No city, no streetEPA’s enforcement-case dataset carries no location for the party in the 41 fields it returns, so the boards show no town. The state a board is about is the state we searched EPA for.
- The date is the latest milestone on recordA case carries up to four dates — filed, settled, lodged, closed — and often only one. We show the most recent present, and name which it is.
Where the records come from52 boards, sealed 2026-09-07
Every row is read from a dated copy of EPA’s Enforcement and Compliance History Online (ECHO) case search that we sealed ourselves, so a row cannot quietly change under the page after we published it. This build holds 51 state boards plus the national penalties board.
OSHA: The DOL catalog page answered 200, but pulling and size-guarding the OSHA inspection CSV is not built yet, so boards are EPA-only for now.

See the file before you pay
You do not have to take our word for what is in the file. Here are 25 rows of the real thing, carrying all 6 of its columns, free public enforcement records reproduced from EPA. Reading them costs nothing; the paid part is the Get help slot, not the records.
- Open the 25 rows as a CSVA plain spreadsheet file. It saves to your machine rather than painting itself into a browser tab, and it opens in Excel, Numbers or Google Sheets.
- The same 25 rows as JSONThe same rows again, laid out for reading with code.
What arrives after you pay: your firm’s name and website go into the Get help box on your state’s board within 15 minutes. If anything holds that up, reply to your Stripe receipt and a person finishes it by hand. The board records themselves are free to read.
What you would be paying for: $350 once, for one Featured 'Get help' slot on one state's board, held for twelve months. One firm per state per agency, first paid first shown. Nothing recurring and no subscription behind it. If the state was already taken, or you change your mind within 14 days, reply to your Stripe receipt and we refund it. This buys a listing on our page; it is not legal help, not a filing, and not any endorsement by EPA. After you pay, your firm's name and website go into the Get help box on the state's board within 15 minutes. If the slot was already taken, we refund you and tell you, no questions.
These 25 rows are a slice of the file, not the whole of it. What we cannot show you here is how far back it goes: the full boards are public on this site and cost nothing to read.
