Each of these cities already publishes its permit table free. The file would be one assembled CSV of that table, with person-name columns taken out. It would not be a weekly change feed or a source that overwrites itself.

The portal is free. Why would anyone pay?
The portal is free. This is not a new source. The file would be one download of the published table, cleaned into a single CSV, so you are not paging the portal or stitching exports. Not on sale right now.
What this cannot tell you
It is not a promise the city table is complete. We sell the published record as the city had it on the as-of date, with person-name columns removed.
It is not a feed. There is no next month's file.
Cincinnati's issued dates on this fetch stop in 2021. The city page says so in those words.
San Francisco's metadata did not give a date range or an exact row count on this fetch. The city page does not invent either.

- Each file is currently sent by hand, so there is no pay button.
