How it workspay, send scans, files back in one business day
- Pay once$175 for one order, up to 60 pages. Nothing recurring.
- Reply to the receipt with scansPhotos or PDF scans of your own paper logbook pages. Nothing here reads a mailbox on its own.
- Four files back within 1 business dayAn entries file, a ForeFlight import file, a LogTen import file, and a checksum table with running totals.
Sample rows from the 6 Sep 2026 fixture run5 rows, 3 pages
These rows were read off three synthetic fixture pages, not a live pilot's book. The first 5 are printed here; the sample file below carries 5 of them; a paid order returns every row we could read, plus the two import files and the checksum table.

Handwritten rows are often misread. Check the checksum table (page number, entries found, hours read, confidence) against the paper logbook before you import anything.
This is not an FAA-accepted logbook. It is a transcription of pages you sent. We do not say a regulator will accept it, and we do not keep the pages after we send the files.
What you get
- entries.csvDate, aircraft type, tail number, from, to, route, total time, PIC, SIC, dual received, night, actual instrument, simulated instrument, cross country, day landings, night landings, remarks, page number, confidence.
- ForeFlight and LogTen import filesColumn names taken from each app's documented import layout. You still have to import them yourself.
- checksum.csv and totals.txtPer page: entries found, hours read, mean confidence. Running totals per column. Use this to check the paper.
- A refund lineIf we read fewer than 90% of the entries on the pages you sent, you get the $175 back.
The public sample is 5 fixture rows from 3 pages on 6 Sep 2026. A paid order is your pages, not these. Up to 60 pages per order.
See the file before you pay
You do not have to take our word for what is in the file. Here are 5 rows of the real thing, carrying all 19 of its columns, cut out of the fixture run named above. The hours are the fixture hours, not a live pilot's book.
- Open the 5 rows as a CSVA plain spreadsheet file. It saves to your machine rather than painting itself into a browser tab, and it opens in Excel, Numbers or Google Sheets.
- The same 5 rows as JSONThe same rows again, laid out for reading with code.
What arrives after you pay: reply to your receipt email with photos or PDF scans; files come back within 1 business day.
What you would be paying for: $175 once, for one order of up to 60 paper logbook pages. Nothing recurring, nothing to cancel and no subscription behind it. You get four files: an entries file (date, aircraft type, tail number, from, to, route, total time, PIC, SIC, dual received, night, actual instrument, simulated instrument, cross country, day landings, night landings, remarks, page number, confidence), a ForeFlight import file, a LogTen import file, and a checksum table with running totals. Check the checksum table against the paper logbook before you import. This is a transcription, not an FAA-accepted logbook, and we do not claim a regulator will accept it. We do not keep your pages or personal data after we send the files. If fewer than 90% of the entries on the pages you sent were read, you get the $175 back. There is no pay button on this page yet. These 5 rows are a slice of the file, not the whole of it. What we cannot show you here is how far back it goes: the full set of pages you send, up to 60, with the two import files and the checksum table.
