Read this before anything else
You are buying rehearsal notes for a conversation you will have yourself. We do not write to your manager, we do not call anyone, and we do not sit in the room. If we cannot build a pack for the role and city you name, we say so and we do not charge you.
We refuse a case we cannot build before any charge. That includes a talk we have no market figures for, a case that is really a legal, insurance, or tenancy dispute, and a request that we act in your name. There is no pay button on this page. Nothing is charged from this page.
The sample below is an example from the prototype running on local fixtures, not a live-web read. Wage figures from those fixtures are not printed here and are not real market data. Do not treat them as Bureau of Labor Statistics wages. They are not shown on this page on purpose.
Who this pack is for
Someone who already has a pay conversation in the diary, inside the next 14 days, and wants the answers ready before they walk in. Not a job seeker shopping in general. Not someone who wants us to email their boss.
If the meeting is not booked, this pack is the wrong product. After the talk, it is worth nothing to you.
What you get
One written pack, for one named talk, in four parts. After you pay — which does not happen on this page — a person emails you that pack. It is coach-only notes. It is not a script that acts in your name.
- What the market says.Range, middle, source, sample size, and date, when we have them. If we do not have figures for your role and city, there is no pack and no charge. Numbers from the prototype’s fixture table are not published here.
- Your talking script.Cues for you to open, state the ask once, put evidence on the table, and close on a next step. You say the lines. We do not.
- Counter-moves.The five things a manager tends to say back, why each one works on you, what to say, and what to settle for if that fails.
- The coach-only terms. In writing, in the pack: you are the only person in this negotiation. Nothing is sent to the other side.
An example pack from the prototypelocal fixtures, 25 Aug 2026
This is what the engine printed on 25 Aug 2026, running on in-code fakes. No network. No live wage file. Wage figures from the fixture table are omitted. They are not BLS wages. Coach-only: cues and the five pushbacks only — no first-person action text from us.
| Part | What the engine named |
|---|---|
| 1 | WHAT THE MARKET SAYS |
| 2 | YOUR TALKING SCRIPT |
| 3 | COUNTER-MOVES AND REBUTTALS |
| 4 | COACH-ONLY DISCLAIMER |
| # | Cue |
|---|---|
| 1 | Open the conversation |
| 2 | State the ask, once, then stop talking |
| 3 | Show the evidence |
| 4 | Make it about the work, not the need |
| 5 | Ask an open question and let the silence sit |
| 6 | Close with a next step, not a decision |
| # | They say | Why it lands |
|---|---|---|
| 1 | “There’s no budget this cycle.” | It sounds final and it moves the problem to someone who isn’t in the room. |
| 2 | “You’re already paid fairly for your level.” | It reframes your ask as a misunderstanding rather than a request. |
| 3 | “Let’s revisit at your annual review.” | It buys months and resets the conversation with no cost to them. |
| 4 | “A title change is easier than a raise right now.” | It offers you something that feels like progress and costs them nothing. |
| 5 | “Other people at your level earn the same.” | It makes your ask sound like a demand for special treatment. |
The paid pack also has the rebuttal and the fallback for each of those five. They are not on this free page.
What the same run did with four casesE2E PASS, 25 Aug 2026
The prototype loop on local fakes, same run as the sample above. A fake checkout exists only inside that demo. This page still has no pay button.
| Case | What the loop did | Charged |
|---|---|---|
| Pay-raise talk the fixtures can build | delivered (fake checkout, coach-only pack) | fake receipt only — not a real card |
| Insurance claim | refused before checkout | no |
| Eviction | refused before checkout | no |
| Role and city with no comparables | withheld; receipt is none | no |
What we need from youemail, not a web form
There is no form on this page and nowhere to pay. You email the answers. A person reads them. We tell you whether a pack can be built before you spend anything.
| What we ask | Why |
|---|---|
| The talk date | This pack is for a meeting in the next 14 days. After that date it is unused paper. |
| Your role, as your employer names it | So we know whether we can build a pack at all. |
| City, or remote | Same reason. No figures for that pair means no pack and no charge. |
| What you are paid now, and what you want | So the notes have a number you chose, not one we invented. |
| A short note on the work, if you want | Optional. Do not send us a legal dispute, an insurance claim, or a tenancy fight. Those are refused. |
What this is not
- Not us talking to your employer.Nothing is sent to anyone but you. We will not email your manager, write a letter in your name, or join the call.
- Not legal, tax, or insurance advice.A wrongful-dismissal fight, a claim, or an eviction is refused before any charge.
- Not a promise you will get the raise. You are buying preparation, not an outcome.
- Not a cut of your raise. The fee is $179 once. It does not change with how the talk goes.
- Not a subscription, and not a feed. One pack for one named talk. Nothing dated arrives afterwards.
- Not live wage data on this page.Fixture numbers from the prototype are not published here and are not real market data.
Questions we are actually asked
Do you contact my manager? No. Never.
What if you cannot build a pack for my role and city? We tell you before any charge. You do not pay for a refusal.
Is this legal advice? No. If the situation is a dispute rather than a pay talk, we refuse it.
Where do the market numbers in a paid pack come from? Each figure in a pack we actually sell has to carry its own source, sample size, and date. This page does not print the prototype’s fixture table, and those fixtures are not a live wage file.
Can I get a refund if I do not get the raise? Nothing is charged from this page, so there is nothing to refund from this page. The fee, when a checkout exists, is for the preparation, not for the outcome.
Ask before you pay
No pay button on this one yet. Email operations@ustechautomations.com. Name the talk date and the role. We reply with whether we can build a pack, before you spend anything.
What you would be paying for: $179 once, for one named pay-raise talk. Nothing recurring and nothing to cancel. There is no pay button on this page yet. A case we cannot build is refused before any charge. We do not refund from this page because nothing is charged from this page. After you pay, a person emails you the coaching pack. It is coach-only notes. It is not a script that acts in your name, and it is not market data presented as sourced wages.
Email us the talk dateSay the talk date, the role, and the city. We will tell you whether we can build it before you pay. There is no pay button on this page yet.
