This record has stopped, and that is on purposeLast sealed copy 21 Aug 2026
Collection has paused and it is not starting again. The last copy of any kind in this record is 21 Aug 2026; the last copy carrying item numbers is 13 Aug 2026. The SEC keeps every filing itself, free and permanently, so reading the same list again every night would add nothing. This is a sealed record of what we saw on the days we saw it, and nothing new is being added to it.
Why we stopped rather than kept going. The SEC runs EDGAR, a free public archive that keeps every filing it has ever accepted, permanently, with no login. Re-reading the same list every night would have produced a second copy of something nobody can lose. So we sealed what we had and turned the collector off.
What that leaves worth having. Not access — you have that already. A finished table: 3,580 filings from 2,327 named companies over 49 days, with the company, the ticker, the CIK, the item number and the day we saw it already pulled apart into columns, and the accession number on every row so you can check any of it against EDGAR for free.

Real rows out of copies we sealed ourselves. Every accession number below opens the filing itself on the SEC’s own site, which is how you check us rather than trust us.

What the record can be cut by
The one thing in this store that says what a filing was about is the 8-K item number the company filed under. Four of them have enough named companies behind them to stand on their own page.
- Changed their accounting firmItem 4.01 · 49 filings from 44 named companies.
- A director or top officer arrived or leftItem 5.02 · 554 filings from 497 named companies.
- Warned about their stock exchange listingItem 3.01 · 65 filings from 63 named companies.
- Said their own earlier accounts should not be relied onItem 4.02 · 11 filings from 11 named companies.
- What is in this record and what is notEvery day we sealed, every kind of event, and the 8 days across the whole run that brought nothing back.
What this record does not contain
No accounting firm names and no people. An 8-K item 4.01 filing names the firm a company dropped and the firm it hired. An item 5.02 filing names the person. Our copy carries neither. It carries the item number, the company, the dates and the accession number, and that is the whole of it. Anyone selling you these as auditor names or executive names is selling you something this store does not hold.
The last three copies carry no item numbers. They came from the SEC daily index rather than the search list: 584 more 8-K filings we can name but cannot sort by what they reported. Nothing after 13 Aug 2026 appears on an event page.
Each read took about a hundred filings, not all of them. EDGAR’s search shows the newest documents first, and we sealed what it was showing. A filing pushed off that list between two of our reads never entered the record, so every count here is a floor.
3 days inside the item-coded window sealed nothing at all: 4 Jul 2026, 15 Jul 2026, 10 Aug 2026. We print the gaps rather than let you find them in the file.
The price, said plainly
Not for sale yet. We are not charging for this feed. A monthly price is a promise that a new file turns up next month, and no new file is ever coming for this one. Charging it anyway would be selling a subscription to a record that cannot move. The dated copies above are real, and the filings behind them are free to read at the SEC.
What we will sell is the sealed record once: the filings you name, or the whole window, as a file you keep. Email us and we will quote it in the thread before you pay anything, and we will tell you first which days we hold and which we do not.
Read this before you spend anything. The filings themselves are free and permanent at the SEC. If what you want is the filings, go and get them, and we will say so in the reply. What we have is the extraction and the dates, already in columns. If that is not worth money to you, it is not, and we would rather you knew now.
How it works
- You email us and say which item numbers, which companies or which dates you are after.
- We tell you exactly what we hold for that, which days are missing, and what the one-off price is. Nothing is charged before that reply.
- A person emails you the file, with the accession number on every row so you can check it against the SEC yourself.
See the file we hold
You do not have to take our word for what is in the file. Here are 25 rows of the real thing, carrying all 10 of its columns, cut out of the dated copies we sealed ourselves. Nothing in it is made up and nothing in it is tidied up.
- Open the 25 rows as a CSVA plain spreadsheet file. It saves to your machine rather than painting itself into a browser tab, and it opens in Excel, Numbers or Google Sheets.
- The same 25 rows as JSONThe same rows again, laid out for reading with code.
Nothing on this page is for sale. The sample file is free to read, and so is every row on the page above it.
These 25 rows are a slice of the file, not the whole of it. What we cannot show you here is how far back it goes: the file goes back further than these rows do.

No pay button on this one yet. Email operations@ustechautomations.com. We stopped this collector on 21 August 2026, so our newest copy is from that day and no newer one is coming. Why there is no price is said in full further up this page. Name the companies or the filing dates you need. We reply with what our dated copies hold for them, and we name our last copy date, before you spend anything.
Email us the companies you are checkingWe hold 52 dated copies, from 23 Jun 2026 to 21 Aug 2026, and every row carries its own SEC accession number so you can check it against the SEC for free. There is nothing to buy yet.
