No. It only assigns space under your rules and reports the changes. It makes no sales claims.

What if it cannot fit everything?

If the constraints cannot be satisfied or the result is inconclusive, the job is refused and you are not charged.

What does it try to minimise?

Q: Does ShelfSet add facings? A: No. Fixed facings stay fixed and no additional facings are filled. Q: What does it optimize? A: Lexicographically — first the count of SKUs with a changed old shelf or horizontal position, then the unused width of occupied shelves. Q: Does it minimize physical effort? A: No, that is not claimed.
