The liveness buckets as they actually stand across the registry universe we observe: 795 distinct endpoints probed on 86 days, 540 of which have answered 200 at least once and 243 of which never have.

Paid delivery contract

You send:

• Nothing. The universe is the registry we observe; you choose the month

You get back:

• A hosted dated report plus CSV for the prior calendar month
• Status buckets, observed-day counts per endpoint, chain coverage, and the monthly batch seal
• Every sampling exclusion named, by the reason it was excluded
• Delivered by the fifth business day

Limits: Endpoints are not all observed equally: the thinnest has 15 observed days and the richest 56, so a bucket is a statement about what we probed, not a uniform census. A transport failure is kept separate from a 404 because one is our reach and the other is the endpoint's answer.

Registered endpoints are probed on a schedule and every response is sealed with its status. An endpoint is only bucketed once it qualifies on observed-day count, so a host seen twice is not reported as permanently dead. This is bounded evidence of the dated method stated here; it does not establish affiliation, endorsement, authorization, or any current outcome beyond that scope.
