Auditor-ready close file
Specification as of 2026-08-07: you send 3 inputs, you get back 5 sections, one of them a manifest hashing every file on both sides.
A single defensible file that closes one question: what the public record actually says, with every figure carrying its source document and retrieval hash. Built to survive an auditor reading it cold.

What you get
- One close file, delivered as a hosted page you can link or print
- Every figure carries its source URL, retrieval timestamp and content hash
- Anything the record does not support is marked unknown, never estimated
What auditor-ready means here
Auditor-ready is a claim about traceability, not about polish. Every figure carries the source document it came from, the time we read it and a hash of the bytes we read, so somebody who was not in the room can check it against the original. Where the record does not support a figure, the file says unknown rather than printing a number that would survive a glance.
An auditor-ready reconciliation is not an audit and not an opinion. It is your own exports checked against the public record, with the working left in.

You send:
- One source-side export (CSV) — the system of record
- One ledger-side export (CSV) — what the books say
- The match key to reconcile on
You get back:
- Matched rows, with the key each pair matched on
- Source-side rows with no ledger counterpart
- Ledger-side rows with no source counterpart
- Rows that match on key but disagree on value, field by field
- A manifest hashing every input and output file
There is no specimen close file to hand you, because the inputs are your two exports. A made-up reconciliation would be a made-up result. The full written specification is linked above and states exactly what you get and what happens if the files will not reconcile.
Deterministic. The same two files produce the same output every time, and the manifest lets an auditor confirm the files we read are the files you sent.
