Paid delivery contract

You send:

• Observation dates, the normalized signature seal on each side, and a human-review disposition
• The vendor page behind every candidate, named

Limits: Only 21 of 236 vendors in the panel publish a price we can extract as a fact; the rest are tracked by normalized signature only. 19111 rows are unknown and 13390 were excluded as truncated — both are printed as gaps rather than counted as unchanged. A signature change is a review candidate, not proof a price moved.

Panel pages are fetched on a schedule, sealed raw, then reduced to a normalized signature that ignores layout noise. A candidate is two adjacent signatures that differ and hold on both sides. Every candidate is human-reviewed before it ships. This is bounded evidence of the dated method stated here; it does not establish affiliation, endorsement, authorization, or any current outcome beyond that scope.
