Paid delivery contract

You send:

• The 30-day window you need attested

You get back:

• A PDF methods record plus a row-level CSV
• Every trustworthy sealed read preserved as read, with its fetch time
• Every comparison gap named, never spanned

Limits: This offer promises a 30-day retrospective window holding at least 25 trustworthy daily seals. The archive began on 2026-08-09 and holds 5. We will not ship a short window dressed as a full one, so the earliest date this can honestly be delivered is 2026-09-02, and only if no day is lost between now and then. Orders before that are refused, not queued.

USGS serves the current value for a site, and revisions overwrite in place. We seal one immutable row per site per day, so the record holds what the source asserted on the day it asserted it. A snapshot that fails its trust checks is excluded and counted as excluded, not quietly averaged in. This is bounded evidence of the dated method stated here; it does not establish affiliation, endorsement, authorization, or any current outcome beyond that scope.
