A one-vendor retrospective over an interval this archive has already sealed. The specimen below is a real transition, at the exact shape the paid record ships: source URL, both capture dates, both digests.

Paid delivery contract

You send:

• One vendor that is already in the sealed panel
• One interval inside the eligible window above
• Up to three of that vendor's policy, terms, privacy, or deprecation surfaces

You get back:

• A private PDF and CSV for the one vendor and interval
• Paired capture dates, before and after SHA-256 values, and the source URL for each surface
• The local seal reference behind every row
• Coverage gaps printed as gaps, and a human-review disposition on every candidate

Limits: Retrospective only. We can report on an interval this archive already sealed — 2026-07-10 onward — and we will not backfill a date we did not read, because a day we did not read is not a day the page stayed the same. A hash change is a review candidate, not a claim that a term changed.

The vendor's surfaces are fetched daily and sealed with a content hash. A candidate is two consecutive seals whose hashes differ, reviewed by a human before it ships. We store hashes and dates, not the vendor's page text. This is bounded evidence of the dated method stated here; it does not establish affiliation, endorsement, authorization, or any current outcome beyond that scope.
