Texas air permit applications that moved a stage

An application sits on the Texas pending list under a stage. When the agency changes that wording the page is simply rewritten and nothing announces it. 32 named applications read differently between our 9 Aug 2026 and 29 Aug 2026 copies, and every one of them is pinned to the day our copy caught it.

Newest sealed read: 2026-08-29. We hold a copy for 11 of the last 14 days. On 17 Aug 2026 our own collector ran and never asked for anything: a permission note it requires was missing. That was ours, not the state's, and why the note was missing we do not know. For 22 Aug 2026 and 30 Aug 2026 we hold nothing and the store records no reason at all: those are days we cannot account for. We hold 44 sealed runs going back to 2026-07-10.

What this page is21,329 rows held · newest sealed read 2026-08-29

  • Between our 9 Aug 2026 and 29 Aug 2026 copies, 32 named Texas applications read with a different stage. The applicant, the site and the state's own permit number are on every row.
  • Those moves fall into 2 different before-and-after pairs. The table below shows which sealed copy caught each one.
  • Every one of them is pinned to the exact day our copy first read differently, because we seal this list on 11 of the last 14 days.
  • We hold 44 sealed copies, from 10 Jul 2026 to 29 Aug 2026, and 21,329 dated Texas rows across them.

Real rows out of our sealed copies

These are rows we read out of dated copies we keep ourselves. The live source shows today only, so once a row moves, what it said before is gone from the place you would go to look.

What this page cannot tell you

  • This is the Texas environment agency's own list of air permit applications waiting on a decision, and nothing else. It is not every permit in Texas, and it is not a list of factories or data centres — whoever is on the agency's list is who is on this page.
  • One application means one permit number. The agency lists the same permit number twice on the same day now and then, and we count it once, so our pending totals can read one or two lower than the number of lines on the agency's own page.
  • An application leaving the pending list is not proof a permit was issued. It can mean the permit was granted, that the applicant withdrew it, or that the agency stopped listing it and never said why. Those look identical from outside, so we do not sell any of them as an approval.
  • The series has holes. Between 9 Aug 2026 and 29 Aug 2026 there are 5 days we hold no sealed copy for at all, across 2 breaks — the longest is 4 days after 13 Aug 2026. Anything that moved and moved back inside a hole is a change we never saw.
  • There is no megawatt figure anywhere in this feed. An air permit application does not carry one, so printing one would mean making it up.
  • A stage moving is not a decision, and neither is a stage going backwards. It is the wording the agency puts on its own pending list, and we print that wording rather than translating it.
  • The day in the last column is the day OUR copy first read differently. The agency does not publish the day it changed anything, so that is the closest honest answer there is.

See the file before you pay

You do not have to take our word for what is in the file. Here are 25 rows of the real thing, carrying all 12 of its columns, cut out of the dated copies we sealed ourselves. Nothing in it is made up and nothing in it is tidied up.

  • Open the 25 rows as a CSVA plain spreadsheet file. It saves to your machine rather than painting itself into a browser tab, and it opens in Excel, Numbers or Google Sheets.
  • The same 25 rows as JSONThe same rows again, laid out for reading with code.

What arrives after you pay: a person emails you the whole file as a CSV — the same plain spreadsheet as the sample file above, not a login and not a web page — within one working day of your payment.

What you would be paying for: $79 a month, billed monthly, for dated diffs of the Texas Commission on Environmental Quality pending New Source Review list only. Arizona is not in this file. Texas is read most days, not every day, and every missed day is named on the page. A row leaving the pending list is not an approval. There is no megawatt figure. Source is the TCEQ pending New Source Review list, public domain unless otherwise noted. We do not charge anyone to open TCEQ's own page, and we do not use the TCEQ logo. Cancel any month by email, with no account to close and no notice period. After you pay, a person emails you the Texas pending-list what-moved file as a CSV within one working day, then a new one most weeks for as long as the subscription runs. Where a stretch has no new sealed copy, that week's file says so.

These 25 rows are a slice of the file, not the whole of it. What we cannot show you here is how far back it goes: that is the part you are paying for.

Rather ask first? Email operations@ustechautomations.com. Tell us the Texas counties or applicants in the first email. Texas is still being read, but not every day, and the page names each day we missed. Arizona is a closed set of dated copies and is not in the file you would pay for.
