What this page cannot tell you

  • This is the Texas environment agency's own list of air permit applications waiting on a decision and nothing else. It is not every permit in Texas, and it is not a list of datacenters — it is the list the agency publishes, whoever is on it.
  • An application dropping off the list is not the same as a decision. The agency stops showing a row when it stops being pending, and it does not always say why.
  • The comparison on this page is 28 Aug 2026 against 29 Aug 2026. Anything that moved and moved back between two of our reads is a change we never saw.
