- Two days we asked and came back with nothing usable: on 22 Aug 2026 the server answered with an error (503), and on 9 Sep 2026 the server did not answer. We sealed no copy for those days, so it is skipped rather than compared against, and the rows either side of it are compared to each other.
- Worth knowing before you build this yourself: we hold 73 dated copies of the CAISO file, so there are 72 gaps between them. The file itself came back different across 71 of those gaps, but a project had actually moved in only 21. Saving the files is the easy half. Telling which projects moved is the work.

What this page cannot tell you
- We first read the in-service date out of the CAISO file on 11 Sep 2026, so no copy before that day holds one. It is filled in on 2,260 of the 2,278 rows in our 14 Oct 2026 copy (the other 18 are blank), and a change to it is a move like any other. If in-service dates are what you are buying this for, say so at operations@ustechautomations.com before you pay.
- The operators write the same fuel differently — Solar, SOL, SUN and S all appear for the same thing. The fuel column is our reading of their labels, not their own count, and a label we are not sure of is shown as not clear rather than guessed at.
- A move here means two dated copies of the same public file disagree. It is not a decision, an approval, or a filing. If you need to know why a project moved, the operator is the place to ask, not us. Email operations@ustechautomations.com and we will send you both dated copies so you can check ours.
See the file before you pay
You do not have to take our word for what is in the file. Here are 25 rows of the real thing, carrying all 9 of its columns, cut out of the dated copies we sealed ourselves. Nothing in it is made up and nothing in it is tidied up.

What arrives after you pay: Stripe sends you to the receipt page. A job that checks for new payments every 10 minutes puts the newest weekly California ISO CSV there and adds each later week's file while your subscription is active; if no weekly file has been built yet, the page says so. It compares successfully collected source copies and names any gaps. A failed source read creates no new dated file. Nobody emails you. The subscriber CSV adds source and coverage columns to the compact preview shown here. A coverage row records the comparison dates and any gaps, including when no changes were observed.
What you would be paying for: $49 a month, billed monthly, for dated what-moved files of the California ISO interconnection queue only.
