What we did not collect, said plainly. We still read four queues: CAISO, ISO-NE, NYISO and SPP, and all four are sealed through 25 Aug 2026. Two days inside that run are skipped rather than compared against: the SPP copy we asked for on 13 Aug 2026 came back a 4,880-byte error page with no projects in it, and the CAISO read on 22 Aug 2026 answered with a 503 error. MISO’s last copy is 6 Aug 2026 — the source only serves a browser, and we will not impersonate one — and ERCOT’s is 30 Jul 2026, because its robots.txt disallows the queue paths. ISO-NE and NYISO are collected and stay free: they publish no written grant, so they are in no paid file. SPP’s written terms allow reuse only outside a commercial publication, so SPP rows are in no paid file and not on this page. We say that instead of a quiet week.
Who published the data on this page

Doing this yourself
CAISO publishes today’s queue and overwrites the last one. To get what moved you have to download the file on a regular cadence, keep the old copy somewhere you can still read it, and line up 2,278 projects against the next copy.
Miss one week and that week is gone. CAISO does not republish it, and there is no public archive to go back to. That is the whole reason this file exists.

What this page cannot tell you
A move is two copies disagreeing, and nothing more. A row here means the same public queue file said one thing on one dated copy and something else on the next. It is not an approval, a rejection, a decision or a filing. If you need to know why a project moved, the operator is the place to ask, and we will say so rather than guess for you.
The file you pay for is CAISO only. We read no in-service date out of the CAISO file: the column is empty on 2,278 of the 2,278 rows in our newest copy, so a CAISO move here is a status change or an entry or exit, never a date. Two of the queues we read have stopped coming. Our last MISO file is 6 Aug 2026 and our last ERCOT file is 30 Jul 2026. Every page built on those two says “last copy” and promises you nothing further.
The names and the fuels are the operators’ own words. Each operator writes the same fuel differently — Solar, SOL, SUN and S all turn up for the same thing. We print what they printed and mark a label we are not sure of as not clear, rather than tidying it into a category we invented.

You do not have to take our word for what is in the file. Here are 16 rows of the real thing, carrying all 9 of its columns, cut out of the dated copies we sealed ourselves. Nothing in it is made up and nothing in it is tidied up.

These 16 rows are a slice of the file, not the whole of it. What we cannot show you here is how far back it goes: that is the part you are paying for.

This feed came off sale on 24 Aug 2026
On 24 Aug 2026 there was no price on this page and no card button, and that was not a technical problem. The Southwest Power Pool is one of the four queues this feed reads, and their own terms page grants permission to copy and pass on their material with a proper credit — except inside a commercial publication. Selling a file that included their rows was exactly that. We do not have their written authorization, so we took the price off rather than keep charging.
Nothing else changed that day. The pages stayed up, they stayed free, and they kept being rebuilt from the same sealed copies. We did not stop collecting, we did not delete anything, and we did not quietly weaken the rule to make the price fit.
On 25 Aug 2026 the feed went back on sale as a California ISO-only file. SPP rows were never in a paid file after 24 Aug 2026 and are not in this one.
Questions people ask
This data is public and free. What is this page for, then?
The data is not the hard part. Last week’s copy of it is.
CAISO publishes today’s queue and overwrites the last one. Fetch CAISO now and you get today. There is nowhere to fetch last Tuesday. We have been keeping a dated copy since 11 Jun 2026 — weekly at first, then one every day since 9 Aug 2026, 27 dated copies in all across the queues we read, sealed through 25 Aug 2026 — so the question “what moved” still has an answer. What this page shows is built out of those copies. If you already keep your own dated copies, you do not need us.
Are you allowed to collect this?
Everything here comes from a public queue file we fetched with a collector that says who it is.
Where a source says no, we stop, and we stop on the day we find out. MISO only serves a browser, and the only way to fetch it was to pretend to be one, so we read it ten times, the last on 6 Aug 2026, and stopped. ERCOT’s own robots file disallows the two paths its queue sits under, so we read it nine times, the last on 30 Jul 2026, and stopped. What we sealed before those days is real and we still hold it, and nothing newer comes in from either. Both are named on this page instead of quietly missing. We could get around either one and we are not going to.
You are a small company. What happens if you stop?
Two answers, and neither of them is a promise that we will not.
Nothing here is behind a login, so nothing here disappears with an account. And we are not going to tell you we have a certification or a famous client list, because we do not have either.
How do I know these rows are real?
Check one. Take Menifee Power Bank from the table above and look it up in the CAISO public queue. Every project on this page is a real project in a public file, and both dates are the days we sealed our copies.
The rows we could not stand behind are not here. When a read comes back an error page instead of a queue file we seal nothing for that day and skip it, which is what happened to SPP on 13 Aug 2026 and to CAISO on 22 Aug 2026. A skipped day is named on the page for that queue, never quietly dropped.
Do you have the queues I follow?
Probably not all of them, and this page says which rather than leaving you to find out.
