This site provides aggregated, public-record information about building permits, rebate programs, and permit-packet templates for the Phoenix metro area and other covered jurisdictions ("the Data").

Acceptable use

Automated access is permitted within published rate limits. Do not attempt to disrupt the service, evade rate limits, or misrepresent the Data as an official government source. Paid API access is governed by the plan terms issued with your API key.

Powered Network

A Powered Network applicant represents that they are authorized to act for the submitted organization and website. Co-branded publication requires automated email-domain or website-control verification. We may pause or remove a utility when verification, source freshness, safety, or availability checks fail. Installation and outcome labels describe evidence observed by our systems; they are not endorsements or guarantees of business results.

48-Hour Automation Rescue

Rescue applicants authorize only the consent scopes they select. Automatic selection uses disclosed, deterministic fields. Builds involving sensitive or regulated data cannot auto-launch. A public case study requires verified email, explicit publication consent, a hashed participant-attested baseline, an externally verified installation, and server-measured aggregate outcomes.
